Rights and Ownership

• Commissions without a commerical license are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
• I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine/used as an NFT is prohibited.
• I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise.
• I have the right to decline a commission if I so desire/don't feel capable to do.
• Reposting and sharing the artwork is okay! Do not claim it as your own, but credit is not necessary.

Limitations

• I will draw:
  • Humans
  • Anthro/furries
  • OC X Canon
  • All body types
  • Mild Gore
  • Suggestive themes (so long both the client and character are both 18+)
• I will not draw:
  • Hickies/bruises
  • Mecha/heavy armor
  • Animals
  • Complex backgrounds*
  • Any sort of hateful or political content such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and/or characters with Nazi, Soviet, etc. imagery

*I do not do complex backgrounds as I am not confident with backgrounds as a whole. Adding a simple background is at the discretion of the buyer and the result may not be entirely what was expected.

Payment

All sales are final and I will not begin work on the commision until full payment is made.

Workflow and Process

• ETA of products
  • Depending on the complexity of the commisioned item and my general motivation, the time until completion may greatly vary. If there are any significant delays, I will notify the customer.
  • All commision types will include a sketch approval stage (and any other consequent stages depending on what was commisioned), at which time I will send any wips to the customer. Until it has been approved, progress will be paused.
  • Upon completion, I will send the customer a full resolution PNG of the commisioned item and the .clip file.
  • All communication will be done via the preferred method of communication specified by the customer.
• Revisions
  • At the sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this point; this includes any significant changes to a character's pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
  • If I make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements that specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
